About Me
My approach to coaching is rooted in something most fitness coaches don’t have; two decades of hands-on experience in psychology and human behaviour.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2005 and spent the following years working across the UK and Sydney in some of the most demanding environments imaginable: domestic violence, addiction, refugee services, and high-security male prisons. In those roles, I worked directly with individuals on mindset, motivation and behaviour chang, the exact foundations my coaching is built on today.
In 2016 I qualified as a Group Fitness Instructor in Sydney, combining my passion for movement with everything I’d learned about what it actually takes for people to change.
When COVID hit in 2020, I started hosting free live workouts on Instagram six days a week. What began as a way to keep people moving grew into a thriving online community, and a coaching programme that has since helped hundreds of women transform not just their bodies, but their whole relationship with themselves.
I now split my time between Thailand and the UK, coaching women full-time from all over the world.
My coaching brings together strength training, sustainable nutrition and mindset work, because after years of working in the field, I know that lasting change never starts with the body. It always starts with the mind.
