  • 7:30 / 8am: Yoga, Beach Walk, Meet up

If you’re currently pregnant, this retreat is not suitable. We recommend waiting until after your postpartum recovery to join us.
If you’re postpartum or managing an injury, we’ll tailor your experience to accommodate you. The training can be modified based on your needs and current fitness level. Just let us know in advance so we can plan appropriately and ensure your experience is safe and enjoyable.
As always, please check with your doctor before attending to confirm you’re cleared for this type of activity.

Deposits are non-refundable. Your spot is secured with your deposit, and this helps us cover upfront costs and bookings. Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds can be given, as by this point all costs are locked in and it is very difficult to fill your space on short notice. Meet Your Coach & Guide, Katy Padam

Thailand has been my happy place since 2019, and in 2023, I made Fitness Street my home. This incredible hub has everything: world-class training, delicious and nutritious food, stunning beaches, and endless adventures around every corner. I fell in love with the energy, the lifestyle, and the way this place makes you feel truly alive.

But I wasn’t always this confident.

I used to hide in sarongs at the beach, scared to train, unsure where to even start or what gym to choose. Now? I coach women just like you to feel strong, free, and proud of their bodies.

I have helped hundreds of women around the world overcome fear, fall in love with movement, and finally feel at home in their skin. And now it’s your turn.
