You’re eating the same, moving the same, but your body isn’t responding the same.

You’re not imagining it. Here’s what’s changed, and how to work with your body instead of against it.

Your body has changed. Your approach should too.

For most women, weight loss in their 20s and 30s was relatively straightforward: cut back on calories, add some cardio, see results. Then 40 hits,  and suddenly nothing seems to work the same way.

This isn’t a failure of willpower. It’s biology. After 40, oestrogen and progesterone levels begin to shift, metabolism naturally slows, sleep quality often dips, and muscle mass starts to decline more rapidly. All of these factors affect how your body stores and burns fat,  particularly around the abdomen.

The good news? Once you understand what’s happening, you can build a strategy that genuinely works for your body as it is now. This is where I come in.
